蒜油 Garlic Infused Oil


材料 Ingredients
大蒜末 Minced garlic 3 大匙 Tbs
初榨特級橄欖油 Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 杯 cup
西式蒜油

做法﹕
1.橄欖油用中小火燒熱,但不要到冒煙的程度。
2.熄火。加入蒜末到油裡。輕晃鍋子數下後放置一旁等油完全冷卻。
3.將油經由濾網濾出。把油裝在密閉的容器內保存。



PROCEDURE:
1.Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a small sauce pan. Do not make the oil smoke.
2.Turn the heat off. Add the minced garlic and gently shake the pan several times. Set the pan aside and let the oil cool completely.
3.Drain the oil through a sieve. Store the oil in an air tight container.
